matinée salon をご利用いただく際の規約です。お申し込み前に必ずご確認ください。 Please read these terms carefully before booking matinée salon.
Load-in & Load-out
搬入・搬出
- 原則として当日のご利用時間内にご利用者様によって搬入・搬出をお願いいたします。Load-in and load-out must be carried out by the customer within the booked hours of the day.
- 外部の宅配業者をご利用の場合も、ご利用時間内に受け渡しが完了するよう手配をお願いいたします。If using an external courier, please ensure handover completes within the booked hours.
- お車やトラックで搬入される場合、荷下ろしの間のみビルの前（丸太町通沿い）に停車いただけます。荷下ろし後の停車はできません。Vehicles may stop in front of the building (along Marutamachi-dori) only while loading. No parking after unloading.
- 駐車場のご用意はございません。近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。No parking is provided. Please use nearby paid parking.
- 当ギャラリーから直接外部へ郵送される場合は、事前にスタッフへご相談ください。郵送伝票はご利用者様にご記入いただきます。If shipping directly from the gallery, please consult staff in advance. The customer fills out shipping labels.
- 郵送時の荷物の破損や紛失等の事故について、当ギャラリーは責任を負いかねます。The gallery is not liable for damage or loss during shipping.
- 搬入のお手伝いは基本的に承っておりません。ご事情がある場合は有償にてご相談を承ります。We do not generally assist with load-in. For special cases, paid assistance may be arranged on request.
Installation
設置
- 設営内容は、スムーズに進めるためにも必ず事前にご相談ください。Please discuss your installation plan in advance for a smooth setup.
- 大きな音が出る作業は、近隣の迷惑にならないよう 11:00 – 17:00 の間でお願いいたします。Loud work must be done between 11:00 – 17:00 to avoid disturbing neighbours.
- 展示用壁面以外への、ネジ・虫ピン・画鋲の使用は可能です。できる限り穴を空けないようご配慮ください。Screws, pins, and tacks may be used outside the designated display walls. Please minimize damage.
- 壁面に印をつける場合は、マスキングテープのみご使用ください。When marking walls, please use only masking tape.
- 鉛筆・ペン等で直接壁面に印をつけることは、汚れの原因となるため固くお断りいたします。Marking walls directly with pencil or pen is strictly prohibited.
Smoking & Food
喫煙・飲食
- ギャラリー内・建物内は全面禁煙です。喫煙の際は建物周辺の喫煙可能エリアにて、各自の携帯灰皿をご使用ください。灰皿の設置はございません。Smoking is prohibited inside the gallery and the building. Smokers must use designated outdoor areas with a personal portable ashtray. No ashtrays are provided.
- 飲食物の持ち込み・ケータリングのご利用は可能です。ただし、貸出している備品・什器、室内（床・壁）を汚さないようご注意の上、ご利用ください。Food and catering are permitted. Please take care not to soil furnishings or interior surfaces (floors, walls).
Custody & Management
保管・管理
- ご利用中は、使用者または使用者の代理人が必ず常駐してください。The customer or an authorized representative must remain on-site throughout the booking.
- 展示作品・商品の破損、管理、保安についてはご利用者様の責任にてお願いいたします。The customer is responsible for the care, management, and security of all displayed works and merchandise.
- 火災・盗難・その他不測の事故・損害等について、当ギャラリーは一切責任を負いかねます。The gallery accepts no liability for fire, theft, or any other unforeseen incidents or damages.
Damage & Loss
設備・備品の破損、紛失
- 会場設営時または利用中に、建築物・付帯設備・備品等を著しく破損または滅失した場合、修補費用を全額ご負担いただきます。If the building, fixtures, or equipment are significantly damaged or lost during setup or use, the customer bears the full cost of repair.
- 貸出付属品が一部欠損した場合は、買い取りをお願いいたします。Loaned accessories that are partially damaged must be purchased.
- 承諾なく改造、塗装、天井・床および設備への塗装・ネジ・テープ等の使用は禁止といたします。Modification, painting, or applying tape/screws to ceilings, floors, or fixtures without permission is prohibited.
- 鍵を紛失された場合は、鍵（ドアノブ含む）取り替え費用として ¥30,000 をご請求いたします。A lost key incurs a replacement fee of ¥30,000 (door handle included).
- 塗装の剥げ、付着の傷み、その他修繕費は1箇所につき ¥500 〜 ¥3,000（税込）程度となります。Minor paint or surface repairs are charged ¥500 – ¥3,000 (incl. tax) per location.
- 退室後に点検し、お見積もりいたします。An inspection and estimate are performed after check-out.
Restoration
原状回復
- ご利用終了後は原状回復と清掃をお願いいたします。終了時にスタッフが点検いたします。The space must be restored to its original state and cleaned. Staff will inspect at check-out.
- 当ギャラリーで処分できないと判断したゴミは、すべてお持ち帰りいただきます。Any waste deemed non-disposable by the gallery must be taken away by the customer.
Important Notes
注意事項
- 利用内容の変更、使用権の転貸・譲渡はお断りいたします。Changes to the booked use, or sublease/transfer of usage rights, are not permitted.
- セミナー販売、マルチ商法等、近隣でのチラシ配布、呼び込み、またはそれに準ずる行為はお断りいたします。Seminar-selling, MLM schemes, leaflet distribution, soliciting in the neighbourhood, or similar activities are prohibited.
- 敷地内は火気厳禁です。発火物・爆発物等の危険物、重量物、悪臭を放つ物の持ち込みは固くお断りいたします。Open flames are strictly prohibited. Flammables, explosives, heavy items, or strongly-scented items may not be brought onto the premises.
- フレグランス・フード等、においが発生するイベントは、他のご利用者にご迷惑がかかる場合があります。必ず事前にご相談ください。Fragrance- or food-related events may affect other users. Please consult in advance.
- 敷地内外での大声、騒音、タバコのポイ捨て等、近隣への迷惑行為は固くお断りいたします。Loud noise, shouting, littering (including cigarette butts) on or near the premises is prohibited.
- 音楽は他のテナントの迷惑にならない音量でお願いいたします。Music must be played at a volume that does not disturb other tenants.
- お預かりした差し入れや荷物などは、毎日お持ち帰りください。Gifts and personal items left with us must be taken home daily.
- 傘なども出来る限り各自でお持ち帰りください。Please take umbrellas and personal items home.
